For the past 18 years, I have developed a powerful systemic, radical yet down to earth approach to support individuals and teams to change, thrive and create positive growth.

Professional Certified Coach (International Coach Federation), I am also a certified HeartMath Coach and Trainer (HeartMath, UK) for both individual and group coaching, by the Mindful Schools Institute (CA, USA) and a Certified Montessori teacher by MCI London.
Since July 2020, I have split my time between my private and corporate clients and a part-time position as an internal coach at the Edinburgh Montessori Art School.

In a Montessori classroom, learning and teaching are a bilateral process, compared to a more standardized one with strait lines of desks and omniscient teachers. Older children are acting as competency models for the younger ones. Student interests influence greatly the teacher’s lesson planning.
